Woodbridge business Cupboard Love is hoping to help local people reduce the amount of plastic they are using.

The business run by Mel Menhams hopes to encourage people to reduce the amount of plastic they use both in everyday household products and in the food they eat.

Her business allows people to buy as much or as little as they like of a wide range of everyday ingredients from muesli to banana chips.

She also sells products such as environmentally friendly tooth brushes and shampoo bars which can be used to replace their plastic equivalents in bathrooms.

Mel has a stall at Woodbridge Market every Thursday and also visits La Tour Cafe in Ipswich every Wednesday. From later this month she will be visiting Felixstowe Library on Fridays.
