Woodbridge's annual open air carol service is set to return to the Market Hill next week.

Members of the Woodbridge Rotary Club will once again be hosting the event which is now in its 67th year.

The event will take place on Wednesday, December 19 at 6.30pm.

As well as the singing itself Father Christmas himself will be on hand with sweets for younger members of the audience.

Donations will also be collected on the night for Woodbridge-based charity Just 42.

The service’s organisers have warned attendees to beware of the wintery weather.

They said: “As this is an open air event, please come dressed and prepared for all weather conditions.”

Those who wish to make a donation to Just 42 but are unable to do attend the event can visit the Rotary Club’s website.
